Terms of Service

Cardiant Sports Front Office (“Front Office”, “the service”) is operated by Cardiant Security LLC (“we”, “us”). These terms cover your use of the service and of cardiantsports.com. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and is part of this agreement.

You must be 18 or older to use Front Office. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for what happens under your account. Do not share your credentials.

Front Office provides analysis, projections, valuations and recommendations for fantasy football. It is informational. It is not financial advice, not betting advice, and not a guarantee of any outcome.

We do not promise our advice will be right. Fantasy football is substantially driven by chance, injury and events nobody can forecast. We publish where our model wins and where it loses on How we grade, including a comparison we currently lose, precisely so this is not a claim you have to take on faith. Decisions you make with our output are yours.

Front Office does not facilitate wagering and does not accept money for entry into contests.

Front Office connects to third-party fantasy platforms including Sleeper, ESPN and Yahoo. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of them. Their names and marks belong to them.

Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms, and you are responsible for complying with them. Their access can change or be withdrawn at any time and for reasons outside our control — if that happens, the parts of Front Office that depend on it may stop working, and that is not a breach of these terms by us.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, bulk-download or systematically extract data from the service, or use it to build a competing dataset or product.
• Resell, redistribute or publish our projections, valuations or rankings as your own.
• Access the service by automated means beyond ordinary use, or in a way that degrades it for others. We apply rate limits and may tighten them.
• Attempt to gain access to accounts, data or systems that are not yours, or probe or test our security without written permission.
• Use the service to break the law, infringe someone's rights, or violate a fantasy platform's own rules.

The service is currently provided free of charge while we are in early access. We intend to introduce paid plans. If and when we do:

• We will tell you before you are charged. Nobody is charged without an explicit, separate decision to subscribe.
• Prices shown on this site are the prices we charge — the site reads them from the live billing configuration rather than repeating a number typed somewhere else.
• Subscriptions renew for the period you chose until you cancel. Cancel any time from your account; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. If a charge is wrong, write to us and we will fix it.
• Taxes may be added where we are required to collect them.

The service, its software, its models and the analysis it produces belong to us. Your data — your account, and the league data you connect — remains yours, and you grant us the permission needed to operate the service for you.

Aggregate, anonymised insights are covered separately in the Privacy Policy, and they are strictly opt-in.

We aim to keep Front Office running and current, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Fantasy data arrives from third-party feeds that can be late, wrong or unavailable, and some parts of the product depend on the NFL season being in progress.

We may change, suspend or discontinue features. If we discontinue the service entirely, we will give you reasonable notice and will not charge you for a period you cannot use.

You may stop using Front Office and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, abuses the service, or puts other users or the platform at risk.

To the fullest extent the law allows, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Cardiant Security LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost opportunities or losses arising from fantasy football decisions. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or US$100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, in which case the parts that are not allowed do not apply to you and the rest still does.

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top, and for a material change we will tell you directly rather than relying on you re-reading this page. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Tennessee have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, and you and we consent to that jurisdiction.
